Choosing the highest quality ingredients is as essential to us as the tools we use to make our gelato. We chose Cattabriga, the classic batch freezer designed in the 1920’s that creates a vibrant and air-free texture, ensuring that our gelato maintains its fully captivating flavour.

Our artisanal cones are also gluten-free and are prepared on-site; warm and fragrant they are the perfect match to our gelato.
